- Leading and managing the performance of the Asset Static Data team with 3 SMEs, setting objectives and targets in line with the Bank’s requirements and monitoring individual- and team performance- Ensure a professional, timely, accurate and client-oriented team behaviour including strict handling of main tasks such as creation and maintenance of Exchange Traded Securities, Indices and 3rd Party Funds, including valuations and monitoring of incoming or missing ESMA- and FCA regulatory data as well as MiFID II costs and charges- Ensure establishing and maintenance of asset static data within the banks core application Avaloq, using third party data providers in line with the Bank’s business and reporting requirements, ensuring consistent data quality across all business units- Setup of Model Portfolios with related objects upon requests by Portfolio Management- Responsible for the day-to-day management of maintaining and providing consistent and reliable key data essential for high quality client reporting and risk measurement purposes
