Responsibilities include oversight of all company SIU functions, external vendor programs, and new hire and annual anti fraud training for company employees. Work with various state and federal agencies in securing fraud convictions and restitution for clients. Point of contact for all SIU requests from governmental agencies, clients, internal management, and claims staff. Provide annual state fraud reports for carriers and assist carriers with internal and state DOI audits. Provide monthly and quarterly SIU reports to carrier clients. Ensure that company and clients maintain compliance with all state SIU regulations. Additional responsibilities include compiling regulatory and statute updates, communicating updates to claims management, and managing the updates in a central claims system portal. Management of the company's licensing department to ensure claims adjusters possess and maintain proper licenses.

Vice President of FARA Security Services, Inc. (a York company) is responsible for investigative vendor management and national SIU compliance for the York companies. Responsibilies also include assisting with client carrier reporting to state insurance divisions, preparation and filing of fraud referrals with various state and law enforcement agencies, and developing anti fraud training materials and training company staff. Vice President of FARA Security Services also manages an in house investigative field staff and works closely with claims staff and clients.

The Claim Director is responsible for building and managing a staff of investigators across a multi state region to perform surveillance and other field investigations. The Claim Director is also responsible for ongoing development and training of the staff, oversight of all daily field operations, review of final reports before release to clients, oversight of all financial aspects of the offices managed, and developing and implementing marketing strategies to build business.
