My role during the 12 years i was with Kalara was to manage all aspects of designing and building two multi award winning hotels.A luxury apartment block.A beach club attached to the apartments.My wide range of experience and vast knowledge of the construction industry brought a level of construction excellence to Kalara that is unrivaled in Koh Samui, Thailand, which is demonstrated by the fifty awards Kalara has won in the past twelve years while i have been with them, with best boutique developer Thailand 2012 being the highpoint of my time at Kalara.

I designed, built, equipped and put to work a factory for the purpose of Prefabricating modular building services for largest the construction and MEP contractor in Dubai.This was a 3 year contract which i completed.

I procured the land and designed a project to the point of construction of 53 Condos and eleven villas, I then sold the project on to a developer.
