  I have been working at Iceland foods for several years. In this time I have worked my way up through the company from startingh out as a Retail Assistant to progressing to a Supervisor role.I feel that I have obtained various different skills while working here including, interpersonal, communication, supervisory and management skills.My current role is very demanding as I maintain the shop floor and deal with all staff escalations. I also manage all office work including company finances, daily safe checks, routine staff checks and ensuring wages are paid correctly and on time.As well as my main Supervisor roles I also ensure that all KPI's are achieved to hit both the store and company targets and I also oversee all promotional changeovers, incoming deliveries and arrange staff meetings to provide updates and information.
