Supervised a twelve-person engineering department that included job execution of produced water equipment, sea water equipment, and oil and gas equipment within the sold margins at 95%. Managed multiple engineering projects from $100,000 to $45,000,000 which included interfacing with clients and their engineering groups to obtain timely inputs and resolve all project issues. Defined project scopes according to the contracts and ensured adherence to numerous specifications and procedures provided by the client on individual projects with 90% customer satisfaction.Oversaw the manufacturing and design of flotation units, nutshell filters, hydro cyclones, corrugated plate interceptors, and other skid mounted produced water equipment. Designed upgrades, new equipment and released the new Wemco Dual Cell Depurator flotation unit for offshore motion applications which resulted in a patent and a trademark. Provided engineering support that included sizing and design of the equipment for foreign offices located in Singapore, Abu Dhabi, Rugby, and London resulting in a quote and an efficiently executed project. Headed up a project in Argentina which included the full design and start up of a produce water plant on time and under budget which avoided customer penalties
