I was responsible for making sure all products were uploaded and correct, adjusting pricing, setting shipping rates, and managing inventory as well as any website page changes that needed to be made. I also managed the local physical network on site for the company.

I was responsible for speaking with customers, managing customer complaints and working with them over the phone to try and resolve on site network problems or programming changes that the customer needed done. After being in this role for 6 months, I moved up to project management and worked with new customers. During this time I would get information about their current network and ISP, work on initial programming and setting their installation date for their new telephone system. While working as a project manager I also did field installations. This included physical Cat5e cable drops, setting up onsite network with our router and cloning the existing network to minimize service interruptions, installing the physical phones and PoE switches for power.

During this time I learned how to read plans; read, understand and check finished grade, operate machinery such as a track hoe, bulldozer, track loader, compact track loader, off-road truck and more.
