I was introduced to Topgolf Spring in September 2015. Theirs was a situation where certain issues needed resolution. I was able to step in and with the help of a good team, turn things around and make this venue one of the best (facilities wise) in their portfolio. I had enjoyed a high level of success and built a great team.I reviewed the team and made the necessary changes to improve the team overall. I had enjoyed a high level of success and built a great team.I reviewed the team and made the necessary changes to improve the team overall. I also put into place certain policies to aid in improving training of facilities associates at the venue level and personally trained several to make sure my standards were the standards being implemented.I negotiated vendor issues and was instrumental in several new service contracts increasing their vendor services while improving costs for services. Curb appeal for the facility also saw great improvement. I negotiated with the original builder on numerous ongoing issues bringing several concerns to a resolution. In May of 2016 I decided to hand over the helm to my assistant and pursue opportunities elsewhere. I leave the Topgolf team in great hands and on good terms. I prepared annual budgets, monitored all expenses and compared them to budgeted costs, prepared financial reports and requests special funding, manged cap-X projects and all local client relation concerns.I also built out several labs and special use spaces including two dialysis teaching labs. This was by far one of my best employment experiences ever. Had the contract not run out I would never have left them. The Staff at Sanford Brown college, Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Institute and the American Intercontinental University became my family as I became a part of theirs. Show less
