In this capacity I have pulled various resources from DXC, the client, and third-party vendors in order to resolve an incident. Presently we use the Service Now and Remedy ticketing systems, as well as MS Office 365 & Sharepoint. I also have experience using Lotus Notes.I would like to find a position that offers a stable work environment and opportunities to expand my knowledge base.

This role had the same parameters of sending out notifications and reaching out the technical support groups with the added responsibility of starting a Service Recovery Team (SRT).
