Customer Support Specialist
This was a 3 month contract that was offered to college students who wanted employment for the summer. Notarized would be sent in by businesses appointing someone within their entity who would be the manager of government grants and funds. New federal guidelines had been put into place, and I would check the letters sent in for accuracy and adherence to the new guidelines as well as ensure that the entity's information in SAM (System for Award Administration) was complete and up to date. If everything was correct, the entity's status was updated to "complete" and they were informed so. If information was wrong or missing, I would alert the sender of the letter of what must be corrected in the new letter they sent.
