At this site, I worked alongside the facility's social worker to assist current and possible residents any way we could. I screened for new patients, met individually with family members and residents, and coordinated various services for residents. When necessary, I focused on end of life care, gathered resources for hospice care, and conducted referrals and discharges.

I tutored first, second, and third year students in various subjects like Algebra, Computer Applications, English Composition, and Spanish while going to college. I often worked with multiple students at one time individually and as a group. When time allowed, we would work ahead through assignments or study for upcoming exams.
