Identify, interpret, prioritise and communicate regulatory requirements to ensure the business understands, identifies, considers, effectively manages and controls regulatory risks. Provide pragmatic solutions to create policies and processes that combine regulatory requirements with customer focus. Represent business with regulators, trade bodies and at industry events. Review regulatory change, communicate impacts, and ensure appropriate timely implementation. Undertake monitoring of ongoing compliance to determine the effectiveness of business controls and take action where necessary. Account manager responsible for specific business areas, including quality of risk management and effectiveness of business processes and procedures. Liaise with regulators to facilitate monitoring visits and investigations. Provide a regulatory and advisory / training service to all staff.

Provide advice to customers in relation to regulated and non regulated products. Promote long term customer relationships.Exceeded sales targets while ensuring products sold meet the needs of the customer. Responsible for the development and training of new advisors to achievement of competent status.Responsible for the management of branch staff in order to achieve the required standard of customer service and sales volumes. Develop and review business plans to ensure business objectives are achieved.

Provide advice to customers in relation to personal loans, mortgages, savings and credit cards, ensuring customer needs were met.
