Developed a method to identify the team associated with the root cause of the failure, eliminating costly engineering hours by reducing the overhead of multiple teams reviewing and rerouting the ticket, saving on average 2-3 hours of triage per ticket. Researched new technology to incorporate machine learning algorithms to further enhance the ability of ARTS, created a prototype/POC(Proof of concept), tested and reviewed the results to assess the accuracy and established a baseline threshold for integration.Responsible for assisting in the maintenance and triaging of the organizational build and test production environment (CI/CD pipeline).
