Implementing and monitoring of HACCP, plant food safety systems and procedures to ensure compliance with government, regulatory agencies, GFSI and FSMA. • Building permitting and inspection compliance• Account billing/ receivables • Development and the implementation of food safety documents• GFSI audit compliance i.e. BRC food safety audit compliance and corrective actions• Microbiological testing program• Managing the pest control program• Third party and Internal Audits• Information Technology• Food Defense and Food SecurityChristopher is also a United States Army Veteran having served this great nation honorably for 8 years as an Indirect Fire Infantryman.
