Chris’ practice includes conducting complex, high-value cross-border disputes and multi-jurisdiction regulatory investigations involving US, UK and APAC regulators. Chris has experience of shareholder and boardroom disputes in London and Hong Kong listed companies and also in private equity investments. Chris’ client base consists of investment banks, multi-national corporations, high net worth individuals and private equity firms. Chris therefore has practical experience in dealing with issues such as corruption, joint venture arrangements, sovereign risk, arbitration and cross-jurisdictional enforcement proceedings. Chris' experience of litigating in two of the core jurisdictions of the global banking industry means that he has a unique offering to clients in an area of strength for Clifford Chance. Chris also leads the firm's London Sports Group. He advises Premier League football clubs, entertainment companies, sports administrators and organising committees.
