Chris Young is a skillful litigator and trusted counselor with a history of representing and advising clients, both big and small, on a wide variety of legal matters. Chris also successfully led multiple litigation efforts in the International Trade Commission, including an investigation where his client pursued patent infringement claims against three Fortune 500 companies. Chris has experience litigating technologies spanning a variety of industries, including cell culture devices; orthopedic implants; computer software; integrated circuit cards; pacemakers; herbicides; chemical compositions; automotive repair and maintenance equipment; dental repair products; bicycles; and powersports equipment, among others.Chris also defended an agricultural cooperative against a first-of-its-kind products liability case alleging damages to cotton crops from alleged herbicide drift. His client and its co-defendants obtained a complete defense verdict after a six-week trial in Clay County, Arkansas, the heart of Arkansas’ cotton farming region.Chris has been published in local, national, and international legal periodicals.
