Greater Pittsburgh Area

• Take on all store manager responsibilities in the absence of the standing store manager.
• Plan and produce the schedule for all management and team members on a weekly basis.
• Provide HR with payroll and tip information for all store employees.
• Attend weekly GM meetings to discuss new company information and assess productivity.
• Give assessments to team members and managerial staff as needed.
• Interview, hire and train new employees.

Greater Pittsburgh Area

• Manage and assist all team members on a daily basis.
• Count, balance, and deposit all money flowing into and out of the store.
