CurrentAMT-SYBEX is a recognized leader in the implementation of asset management solutions to the Utilities, Public Sector and Environmental Services markets primarily in the UK. The Ellipse (and SystemReach) products are used extensively for Asset Management by customers. Ellipse EAM is a third-party solution provided by Hitachi Energy. AMT-SYBEX Ellipse Application DevOps team provide valuable expertise to customers, maintaining business critical systems to various SLAs.My latest project was a large upgrade project for Northern Ireland Water to upgrade suite of applications (Windows forms applications, web applications & REST APIs) from Http to Https and to deploy them into test & production environments on client. Also recently worked on developing a Windows forms application utilizing web services for Pennon Group Plc to standardize the modification of assets and asset management business processes within the business from a multitude of sources into a single standardized application.-Develop multiple integrated solutions and enhancements to SystemReach applications which includes Visual Basic.NET windows applications ASP.Net Web applications, Visual Basic.NET RESTful Services, Java/Groovy integration scripts, Azure functions as well as many other bespoke solutions.-Execute code testing, performance tuning, code security analysis and peer code reviews.-Liaise with functional and data consultants to produce technical / data management specifications build and test web applications and data management solutions.-Implement software solutions into production environments on client site.-Respond to support Cases against Service Level Agreements. Take ownership of assigned support Cases and Problems and escalate issues where appropriate.-Communicate with Managed Service, R&D and testing teams to deliver resolutions to support incidents.-Maintain communication with customers and internal stakeholders to report on status on Cases.
