Project manager on major phone, network, fiber optic, and CATV installations in new facilities and renovations of existing facilities; install, test, operate, maintain, and repair equipment such as digital and analog sets, TDM PBX, digital key systems, lease line, OPX, T1 circuits, T1 channel bank systems, digital high-speed fiber optic utility SCADA systems, Trunked radio system, base stations, mobile and handheld trunked radios, Point to point wireless connections, overhead, underground, and in-building copper and fiber optic transmission systems; independently track all repairs and/or installations through a work order system; Manage inventory of replacement parts for entire department.

Provide phone support to field based technicians for mainframe hardware problems and computerized electro-mechanical key management units; manage testing and modification of new KeySystems software releases and its documentation; build software platforms; develop procedures for building units, and performed onsite repair of KeySystems hardware and software; develop a dynamic user database for trouble shooting of mainframe hardware problems; train employees on the use of documentation for trouble shooting new software; track all repairs and installations through a work order system; maintain and troubleshoot communication devices including lease line, OPX, T1 circuits, T1 channel bank systems, fiber optic network; program and troubleshoot CSU/DSU, T1, lease line, OPX; resolve problems with telecommunications circuit vendors as needed; resolve problems with wired and wireless data networks
