Having graduated from Florida International University in Miami, FL. with a degree in marketing and management, I knew early on that I wanted to become an entrepreneur and run businesses. While obtaining my degree, I simultaneously worked in the direct sales industry for a consumer product company and got a first taste of building a business and earning straight commission compensation. From 2012-2015, I built my own personal sales and led the revenue growth of my organization from zero to over $1 million per month in product sales. Soon I was asked to speak at numerous leadership national training conferences, some hosting in excess of 2500 attendees, and developed a keen interest in public speaking.In June 2015, I launched the digital channel www.beyouinsider.com. BeYou is a digital channel where our visitors and subscribers can hear real stories and best practices from successful entrepreneurs, athletes, and artists. BeYou relays positive messages through interviews, podcasts, blogs, and videos on our website. We were able to interview entrepreneurs such as Gerard Adams (Elite Daily), Al Nelson (EZ VIP - Shark Tank), and Walker Williams (Teespring.com) to name a few.In November 2015, I co-founded a social media advertising agency, Rightsyde Media. Rightsyde is a social-first creative marketing agency that grows DTC brands. We use data insights from a brand's audience to develop creative campaigns, drive sales and increase profitability. We work with eCommerce companies, local businesses, national brands, and athletes.
