Lead Supply Attendant
CurrentResponsible for carrying out day to day activities associated with the warehousing and distribution of parts with the operating system known as SAP with a value of $10 million in support of maintenance activities, while managing and effectively leading a team of 25 warehouse Supply Attendants; performs all Human Resources (HR) and performance issues to improve employee morale, engagement, and ownership of operation. Manages and maintains effective communication with the Material Management and Maintenance personnel to ensure their delivery of parts are completed in a timely manner. Maintains the Automated Storage Retrieval System (ASRS) while performing 10 level maintenance on the equipment to ensure it is operational during shift time.
