Experienced Intelligence Professional with 20+ years supporting Counterintelligence, Insider Threat, Security, and Open Source Intelligence efforts for Federal Government Agencies.As an Open Source threat intelligence analyst, Mr. Bishop provides open source analysis in support of the Client’s Threat Management Unit, assessing multiple threat vectors of concern to the enterprise, to include physical and cyber threats to enterprise employees and equities. Using unique and proprietary open source tradecraft, Mr. Bishop derives detailed intelligence products – including threat assessments for enterprise principals – that are provided to key decision makers.As a senior Insider Threat technical expert, Mr. Bishop supported the Client’s Insider Threat Department as an industrial contract employee, providing continuous on-site support to Counterespionage and Counterintelligence operations and investigations for 16 years. As an early member of the Department’s technical cadre, Mr. Bishop played a strategic role in developing the Enterprise's Insider Threat Management Program. Accomplishments and job duties have included:• Direct or Indirect technical and analytic support to nearly every major espionage and counterintelligence investigation since 2004.• Technical analysis and strategic participation in Enterprise audit and cyber threat mitigation efforts.• Ad-hoc analysis and strategic input supporting data breach prevention, detection, and investigation operations.• Direct collaboration with Intelligence Community Partners, The United States Department of Justice, Federal Law Enforcement, and IC Client’s Office of General Counsel in support of Counterintelligence Issues.• Key member of multiple Special Issue Task Force efforts established to respond to immediate and emerging threats, disclosures, and counterintelligence issues.
