As a Masters of Marketing Research Alum from the University of Georgia, I am passionate about understanding customer needs, ideating, and implementing forward-focused business strategies, and positively impacting relevant stakeholders. I have gained valuable experience as a Strategy Group Intern at UPS Capital, where I researched and presented customer journeys and novel insights relating to four successful shipping and post-purchase tools, worked within the new product innovation team to concept, wireframe, and strategically position new products for e-commerce businesses, and investigated and advanced strategy for partnership with fraud prevention firms to license fraud technology to small businesses. I have a marketing research and analysis background, having worked as a Marketing Researcher at Steppingblocks and a Growth Strategy and Market Research Analyst at Reframe, a subscription-based mobile application designed to help users achieve sobriety through behavioral therapy tools. In these roles, I conducted in-depth interviews, created market needs and competitor reports, generated competitive analyses and product differentiation strategies, and re-designed and developed the Reframe website using Webflow. I approach organizations with the perspective and attitude of someone looking to identify, evaluate, and solve worthy and meaningful problems. I lead through conversation, an upbeat demeanor, and a willingness to do what it takes to help people, teams, and organizations outperform expectations. In the future, I plan to continue building on my background in marketing research and consulting, leveraging my skills and professional training as a marketing researcher, problem-solver, and innovator to influence business outcomes.
