Current- Promoted to an AM after only 1 year with the company- Responsible for sales and retention on 52 accounts worth over 4.5 million in annual revenue- Run Daily/Weekly/Monthly analytics and reports for clients- Tasked with also holding the role of FuseOS Liaison (a state of the art platform for the background screening industry) - Developed, tested, and trained employees on various areas of Fuse; particularly the Client Portal and Account Manager/Client Services tools
