I represent public and private companies in mergers and acquisitions, mezzanine and venture capital financing, commercial lending matters and public and private equity and debt transactions. On a regular basis, I work with clients on matters involving corporate governance, securities and corporate finance issues. I also serve as a director of several private companies, providing legal and strategic advice to th businesses, management and boards of directors. Outside of my law practice, I am very involved with a number of community and charitable organizations. I serve as Chair of the Board of Trustees of The Nature Conservancy – Wisconsin, a Board Member for Rock the Green, Inc., a member of the Board of Trustees for the Village of River Hills and as immediate past President and a current member of the Executive Committee and Church Council of Fox Point Lutheran Church.
