This has now been handed over to Quality / Operations department.- Creating all Supply Chain Power BI shared and relied on by senior leadership on site. In addition to this assisting with other departments and helping with Power BI Training where necessary.

Key Responsibilities : - Fully responsible for line set of all engines built at Darlington Engine Plant and adhering to all mix rules. - Ensuring any new members to the department are fully trained on all necessary aspects. - Daily management of failed validation, with this communicating the impact on build to those associated with fixing the issues. Communicating with international colleagues. - Participating in the Value Package Introduction programme, providing information on lineset and issues when in build.Key Achievements : - Mentor to all Ship Plan placement students. - Spent various month ends managing the ship plan, ensuring the month end plan has been achieved. Communicating to senior plant leadership ensuring the correct areas were engaged throughout the month end period - Trained 7 people to a standard at which they can work independently - Partly responsible for management of aged engines that have not moved in 5 days +. Producing dashboard that show the daily variations, financial along with the different issues. I have spent time in the corresponding departments getting the issues resolved/how we can resolve them through providing actions. - Responsible for the Metric Review, ESN into Dispatch. Completing this daily. This allows for the plant to see how they are performing, and areas of improvement can be pin pointed. - Creation of excel macros to help reduce time spent creating reports. I have successfully cut 30 minutes a day.
