I began working in Geology during high school in 1998. I volunteered with the Geological Survey of Canada for three summers learning on the job skills including field mapping techniques and data entry using Microsoft Access. I continued to work for the Geological Survey of Canada during my studies at the University of Calgary. This work included planning and leading traverses, field mapping and sampling, QA and QC of existing products and development of Quaternary geologic maps and landslide inventory maps.I was been employed with the Earth Systems Group of Companies from 2007 to 2018. At Earth Systems I performed borehole and trench logging, slope stability analyses, liquefaction analyses, aerial photograph interpretation, project management, report writing, and drafting.
