Chris Clements chose a career in real estate at an early age allowing him the opportunity to explore the diversity of the real estate industry. While receiving his BBA focused in management from the University of San Diego Chris gained experience in many avenues in the real estate industry, before settling in with his family business The Clements Group of Berkshire Hathaway Ca Properties. Developing a strong foundation of experience over the last 12 years Chris has worked in project management, commercial real estate investment, residential and commercial sales and residential development. Over the last decade Chris has helped The Clements Group continue to grow and expand the success of their Berkshire Hathaway team, focusing not only on real estate but the communication, marketing, and new technologies that contribute to running a successful business.Born in San Diego and raised in Coronado Chris has an extensive knowledge and understanding of the San Diego markets, communities, school systems, military, and businesses within our local economy. An entrepreneur at heart in 2015 Chris and his wife Bri became involved with a local San Diego based Franchise Club Pilates. In 2016 they formed CB Pilates, Inc which owns and operates 3 Club Pilates Studios located in the San Diego Area. Club Pilates has since grown to become the largest boutique fitness brand in the world, currently held under Xponential Fitness based out of Southern California.In 2017 Chris helped found The C4 Foundation which works directly with West Coast Navy Special Warefare lending support to Navy Seal families pre, during, and post deployment cycles. Chris is currently a member of the board of directors and very active within the day to day organization.
