Supervise program operations in Somerset and Hunterdon Counties along with administrative and case management staff. Coordinate the successful implementation of state, federal, and private grant programs providing assistance to job seekers in Somerset & Hunterdon Counties.We are a flexible, innovative, and ever changing organization that works to meet the needs of individuals in our community who are unemployed, underemployed, or on public assistance. The goal of providing sustainable employment and career paths is met with an ever changing menu of services from high school equivalency attainment, ESL, and computer skills, to project management, information technology, and many other in-demand growth opportunities within our region.

Coordinated and facilitated business outreach and system partner planning to maintain effective connections between the business community and the local workforce system. I brought together employers, training providers and skilled job seekers to create, strengthen and maintain talent pipelines.The mission of the GRWIB is to leverage effective leadership and partnerships among business, labor, government, social service, local education and community groups to create and support a one-stop efficient, customer focused and market-driven workforce development system. This is accomplished by: •Overseeing the direction of funding sources for an outcome which promotes a high quality, competitive workforce;•Serving as a unifying agent for the dual County business sector, especially for small and medium sized businesses;•Fostering high-skill-wage jobs for all populations;This ensures that both employers and residents of Somerset and Hunterdon counties are provided with the services needed to successfully meet employer’s hiring needs while identifying viable job opportunities for residents.

Assist with events, projects, and publications pertaining to economic and tourism development in Somerset County.

Supported sales and compliance team in developing pharmaceutical speaker programs in banquet halls, restaurants, and other public use facilities. A strong focus towards maintaining program compliance and creating documentation for audit and review.Liaison between sales team and speakers, outside vendors, and finance department. Provided customer service to all clients.
