I am Mechanical Systems Engineering Professional with extensive experience in mechanical systems definition/design and integration, project management and integration, aircraft certification, and management. While working in production support, field support, and new product design with aircraft OEM companies I have used consensus building, problem solving skills and attention to detail to achieve program milestones for aircraft systems.I have a wealth of experience in many different engineering and technical project functions.Working in Production and Field support I was required to collect data from various sources including customer support, suppliers, production line, and manufacturing to determine root cause of customer and assembly issues. I was responsible for coordinating material investigations with the materials and processes lab and providing presentations and reports to close out failure investigations.Working in New Product Development I learned fly by wire systems. I documented and tracked changes to system requirements. I provided technical updates for program gates and system familiarization presentations to the FAA. I was responsible for the Spoiler and Hydraulic systems for their entire life cycle. From requirements development to component design review to component and system testing to certification.I have always looked for opportunities to grow in my career. Taking the new opportunities that have presented themselves has allowed me to attain the diverse experience that can be seen below.I have the ability to learn new skills and positions and (more importantly) have the desire to learn new skills and positions. Ability is nothing without desire.
