Chris was joint founder and CEO for Catalyticsoft Pty Ltd which focused on the Automation of the processes involved in software development. In addition to consultancy services focused on transformation and the development of business solutions for it clients, Working closely with Microsoft Catalyticsoft also launched multiple products in the Catalytic Automation Technologies (CAT) suite. This suites saw significant global adoption and saw Chris join Microsoft on stage at events in Australia, China, Taiwan, Malaysia and the United States of America. Chris closed the company in 2018 to refocus on his new consulting company Logoic Pty Ltd.

Gravity is an innovative software and consulting company focusing on accelerating the formation and implementation of strategy. Gravity has developed a state of the art platform, StrategyDotZero, that provides integrated functionality across multiple domains including: Strategy, Capability Management, Business Planning, Enterprise Wide Risk Management, Governance, Benefits Management, Portfolio, Program and Project ManagementThis Platform as a Services based offering leverages the latest technologies and provides an ecosystem on which partners and vendor can build services and capabilities to generate additional revenue while catalysing/accelerating their enterprises transition to the next generation of work.Chris worked with Gravity to help them accelerate the adoption and global roll out of StrategyDotZero.

Cogility is a boutique consulting firm specialising in assisting clients with complex business problems. The firm works principally with large private sector companies and public sector agencies. Its focus is on providing independent trusted advice to senior executives, from strategy articulation through to client-side strategy execution. Services are provided by senior, experienced consultants and delivered through a flexible values-based consulting model. This allows for clients to engage the firm as an independent source of capability for as little or as much of the strategic lifecycle they require.

Chris is joint founder and partner in Story Bridge Partners a new type of hybrid intellectual capital / accelerator firm. Story Bridge Partners typically works in early stage pre-revenue or early-revenue start-ups however increasingly there is demand to help support venturing activities within larger private and public sectors.

Helped developed the New Policy Proposal and First and Second Pass Business Cases to establish the Clean Energy Regulator. Developed the Enterprise Architecture and program of work to establish the core business and ICT systems. This role was a continuation of the work undertaken as Enterprise Architecture for the Department of Climate Change and Energy Efficiency. This work has now completed with the creation of the Clean Energy Regulator and the commencement of the Fixed Price Carbon Period.

Helped developed the New Policy Proposal and First and Second Pass Business Cases to establish the Emissions Trading Scheme and the Australian Climate Change Regulatory Authority. Developed the Enterprise Architecture and program of work to establish the the agency and underpinning business processes and ICT. This work was halted with the decision by the Rudd Government to no longer pursue the establishment of the ETS and was then reestablished by the Gillard Government. This work was completed with the creation of the Clean Energy Regulator and the commencement of the Fixed Price Carbon Period.

Design of the Climate Change Regulator - organisational structures, core business processes and supporting business systems.

Developed the business strategy, business plan, business operating for Transcom and assisted in capital raising across the globe. In charge of product design, development, support and go to market strategy. Road shows with Microsoft across Australia. On stage presentations with Microsoft in Australia, China, Dubai, Malaysia, Singapore and Taiwan. Joint design and presentations to Microsoft Redmond and Sydney teams.

Chris was joint founder and Chief Executive Officer for Intuitive Capital Pty Ltd - which focused on the development of a code generation technology known as the Rapid Development Platform and consulting services. This role involved the development of the groups business plan and associated strategy and the oversight of the organisations technologies. In late 2001 this also involved the sale of Intuitive Capital to Transcom Software Inc.

Radio City is a web startup that focused on videoing corporate event and then streaming content to the web. Radio City had a rapidly growing client base at the time of Chris's involvement and he assisting in setting the strategic direction for the group and in process of gaining significant investor funding. Funding ($3M) fell through due to the Dot Com Crash which occured 2 days prior to the release of the investor prospectus. Chris then worked with the CEO to effect the transition to the major shareholder, Union Capital who bought out the founder and CEO.

Established the Organisational Agility Practice in conjunction with Steve Hickey. Generated over $3M in consulting, hardware and software sales through first Organistional Agility engagement at Moreton Institute of TAFE - including one of the first majo roll outs of Windows 2000 in Queensland. Led to a further $6M in consulting work for Unisys across TAFE.

Developed a new Consultancy practice within Unisys called Organizational Agility. This practice helps large companies cope with the huge changes an organisation goes through when it adopts new Information Technology and business practices.Applying Organisational Agility, secured major contract for Moreton Institute of TAFE with $2,000,000 in revenue generated within the first 6 months of operation. This project included the development of the organisations Strategic and ICT Plans and establishment of the associated Programs. It also included the first major rollout of Windows 2000 in Queensland.Subsequent revenue opportunities from this project led to Chris becoming Project Director for the Moreton Information Management Project ($2,000,000), Activity Based Management System ($200,000), Economic Value Added Management Consultancy ($100,000) and Syllabus Plus Timetabling System ($150,000). This also led to an additional $6,000,000 in consulting and technology based revenue for Unisys with the request for duplicate rollouts of the Moreton Institute Windows 2000 Standard Operating Environment across the state.

Chris had a range of roles in TAFE Queensland from the creation of the Strategic Planning Unit, and Resource Planning and Profiling Units which focused on the planning and allocation of the $60M capital works allocation and $6M infrustructure grants. Chris was also manger of the Physical Resource Branch which arranged the construction and maintenance of TAFE Colleges across the State. Chris worked directly with the senior exectuives of the organisation and local government and community representatives.

Responsible for establishing the framework for the allocation of $300M annual funding across the institutes and the formation of strategy across the network of institutes.

Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer and Board of Directors this role involved the establishment of the all of the core information systems across Australia, Papua New Guinea, Solomon Island, Vanuatu and Hong Kong for the rapidly growing publicly listed multi-national gold exploration company.
