Developed a new Consultancy practice within Unisys called Organizational Agility. This practice helps large companies cope with the huge changes an organisation goes through when it adopts new Information Technology and business practices.Applying Organisational Agility, secured major contract for Moreton Institute of TAFE with $2,000,000 in revenue generated within the first 6 months of operation. This project included the development of the organisations Strategic and ICT Plans and establishment of the associated Programs. It also included the first major rollout of Windows 2000 in Queensland.Subsequent revenue opportunities from this project led to Chris becoming Project Director for the Moreton Information Management Project ($2,000,000), Activity Based Management System ($200,000), Economic Value Added Management Consultancy ($100,000) and Syllabus Plus Timetabling System ($150,000). This also led to an additional $6,000,000 in consulting and technology based revenue for Unisys with the request for duplicate rollouts of the Moreton Institute Windows 2000 Standard Operating Environment across the state.
