Queensland Police Service (September 2023 to April 2024): Reviewed the Domestic and Family Violence (DFV) societal challenge across the public sector eco system driven through QPS. My work has unearthed systemwide challenges and facilitated the process of harmonising programs of work across Queensland Corrective Services, Queensland Health, Department of Justice and Attorney General & Housing. Driven through a rigorous demand profiling to systemwide touch points for a DFV life cycle through exhaustive Business Process Mapping (BPM) and Capability definition and Maturity assessment driving capability uplift initiatives.Queensland Police Service (March 2024 to September 2024): End-to-end review of the Ethical Standards Command and its touch points with the Crime and Corruption Commission with a view to inform the optimisation of their business processes and review its capacity to meet current and future demands through organisational. cultural, legislative, process and system changes.Queensland Police Service (July 2024 to September 2024): Was a member of the State Custody Task force that was reviewing capacity increase as well as end to process efficiencies across the State.Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR) (2022): For the Camera Detected Offence Program (CDOP) Board, led a team to provide a system efficacy evaluation conceptualising and proffering recommendations focused on policy, funding, ICT platforms and aligning resources, potentially triggering machinery of Government and legislative changes.Department of Youth Justice (2022): Co-led a team to provide an organisation efficiency evaluation primarily across the corporate support functions and regional service deliver centre environment.
