Current•Working with WAC members via email, chat, and phone to assist with support inquiries•Build and edit self-service customer support bots to interact with members•Track data gathered from said bots•Track order issues and log resolutions•QA colleague support phone calls on performance metrics such as efficiency, tone,empathy, and resolution As MTA Review Committee member:•Review existing MX macros based on accuracy, efficiency, and necessity•Edit existing Macros, and propose, draft, and review new macros
