• Actively partnered with and sponsored member appreciation days at the Friedberg Jewish Center. At these events we would purchase breakfast for the center’s members. While the members approached our table our goal was to build rapport and introduce ourselves. I would schedule appointments for them to come back to the branch in to discuss their financial matters and to create new members for the Credit Union.• Reached out to the Oceanside Free Library where I made a contact who was responsible for coordinating the adult and children’s programs for the community. I conducted monthly various financial literacy programs at the library including credit repair, retirement, and saving for your child's future. • Actively participated in the Oceanside B.I.D. which was held at a local diner every Thursday morning. This was where I created contacts within the local business community and brought in new members. This provided a positive word of mouth amongst the business community and positive exposure and growth opportunities for the Credit Union.

• Coordinated with CEO to implement metro cards program in multiple branches in an attempt to increase traffic and deposits.• Actively participated in regular CRA events at local high schools. These presentations would be on topics like building credit, saving for college and money management skills. This helped build brand recognition and positive community relations. • Trained and managed bank employees while focusing on business development and increasing branch deposits. Daily operations of the branch which including proofing, recording differences, preventing fraud.
