Use computer-aided guidance packages and develop web-based materials for use by Service Members and their families. Evaluate, plan, and implement training systems for both classroom and online instruction and delivery. (Program design, implementation, and management are required skills for this position.) Relate to a diverse population of clients. Program analysis and evaluation are necessary skills for the Personal and Professional Development Advisor to possess. Collect, evaluate, and disseminate information to assess and measure trends, concerns, and needs.
