My name is Christopher Franco, I was born and raised in Queens, New York currently living in Orlando, Florida. As an adolescent I realized my great passion for building positive relationships, helping others and making a difference in my professional and personal experience. I acquired a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and Law from John Jay College (CUNY) where I earned a 3.7 cumulative GPA. I also have a obtained professional certifications in Customer Service with Zendesk, Interpersonal Communication with Shade Zahrai and Real Estate Sales which reflect my interest in providing exceptional customer service, building relationships and the housing market.As a General Education Teacher at NYC Department of Education, I am eager to provide quality education to diverse and multicultural students, collaborate with my colleagues and oversee the success and development of those around me. I have also gained valuable experience as an Event Coordinator at FDNY Foundation, where I put together hundreds of fire safety education events to various diverse organizations throughout NYC and went above and beyond to ensure our clients received the most from our services. Additionally, I was a Head Coach at Super Soccer Stars for over four years, where I fostered a rigorous, engaging and positive learning environment. I am a determined individual with a no limit mindset that believes in constant learning and improvement. I also adapt to my challenges with finesse and look forward to the lessons and experiences life has to offer.
