Senior Leader to multiple teams of HR (Retention) Supervisors and Talent Acquisition Managers across the US and Asia, supporting over 108k soldiers. Managed 10 Senior Instructors in the Retention Department responsible for training and mentoring all newly assigned instructors.  Able to handle a multitude of tasks flawlessly: developed and maintained 46 training packages, while ensuring >1,300 students were trained at 25 off campus locations and 160 on campus future HR professionals annually. Liaison to the Secretary of the Army for Manpower and Reserve Affairs on retention matters. Developed Instructor Training Program for underperforming Instructors, significantly improving instructor performance.  Forward thinker: re-invented and updated course materials and software based on constantly changing personnel policies leading to increased training effectiveness.  Piloted new education models, developing a new training approach utilizing technology and the adult learning model, which was adopted by the US Army nationwide.  Demonstrated expert fiscal acumen during budget cutbacks (sequestration), leveraged technology and value-added training Department of the Army Mobile Retention Training Courses, provided worldwide. Lauded by U.S. Army Europe for training and classroom instruction given to >700 personnel over a 3-week period. As Subject Matter Expert, provided guidance to streamline and optimize human capital needs across the field.  Inspirational Leader; Earned the U.S. Army Soldier Support Institute Instructor of the Quarter and NCO of the Year Awards; Inspired, coached and mentored six subordinate Instructors to compete and win Instructor of the Quarter(s).

Supervised and trained 6 Retention Specialists providing career counseling for a 900-person Infantry Battalion. Key advisor to the Commander on all facets of the Army Retention Program.  Managed a $37K Annual Budget. Consistently met annual Retention goals 6 months early, reenlisting an average of 234 Army personnel annually.  Managed $800K in bonus monies with 100% accuracy. Developed a tracking mechanism later adopted by the higher headquarters, enabling more accurate and timelier budget consolidation. Earned 3rd Infantry Division Career Counselor of the Year for 2 consecutive years. Honored as the first inductee to the 3rd Infantry Division Career Counselor Hall of Fame.
