Responsibilities: - Contract sourcing and preliminary negotiations for IT-related equipment and services - Design IT solutions that meet business needs with as little cost and manual configuration as possible - Drive adoption of various platforms - Train and support end users in a BYOD environmentAdministrator Responsibilities: - Printer Fleet Configuration - Meraki Networks - VoIP System - Salesforce Admin (Certified)/Citizen Developer for Financial Services Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, & Marketing Cloud - Cloud e-faxing solutionAccomplishments: - Reduced average hold time from 22+ minutes to 2 minutes with no additional headcount, while call volumes increased. - Designed Meraki network and deployed to over 100+ locations. - Upgraded field offices off of old POTS line phone & fax systems to VoIP & e-Faxing - Upgraded speed of internet in field offices, quintupling our overall bandwidth over 2 years, while staying cost-flat. - Upgraded printer fleet while significantly reducing cost (>$500,000 reduction)
