Team Coordinator for USACE Contaminated Debris Management Planning and Response Team, and designated as US Army Corps of Engineers Subject Matter Expert (SME) and interagency technical point of contact for CBRNE events, exercises, and relevant working groups in support of ESF-3 and ESF-10 of the National Response Framework.
