• Oversee strategic and internal communications team that manages production, post-production, delivery and distribution of publicity related video content across Disney Entertainment Television brands and networks including ABC, Hulu, Freeform, D+, etc. • Productions range from on-set EPK shoots, press junkets, satellite media tours and press event coverage. • Produced content includes EPK packages, short form content meant for both broadcast use, in digital/app spaces and show associated social media channels, servicing clips, screeners distribution and event video production. • Work in tandem with teams of studio and show publicists to strategize and plan their content needs for their seasonal PR campaigns. • Work with show producers to create schedules and timelines to conduct content capture with talent and EPs. Hire and manage resources to fulfill production requirements, schedule editors and designers to complete video content by appropriate deadlines and at the highest quality. • Travel to shooting locations and manage on location production. • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders like our Digital, Affiliates, Marketing, Internal Comms, Synergy and Talent Relations teams across the various networks to capitalize on talent availability. • Work closely with finance business management teams to track budgets.

Work in tandem with all major Hollywood film studios to effectively maintain and strategically showcase the IMAX brand within their film marketing campaigns. Interface with studio partners to attain creative assets including/not limited to, outdoor art, poster art, web banner assets, social media assets, newspaper ads, billboards, post cards, tv spots, trailers, radio spots, new media pieces, etc and ensure that we support the film with IMAX branded assets worldwide. Write and produce studio-approved featurettes that promote IMAX films. Attend press junkets and interview film talent for aforementioned featurettes. Work within the IMAX marketing group, and with agency partners, to develop IMAX branded concepts to insure effective promotion of IMAX technology and the IMAX experience. Coordinate worldwide language versioning of creative AV and print assets when needed.

Handle phone calls, schedule air and ground transportation, rental equipment, order and plan meals, keep office organized, manage production assistants on set, keeping track of purchase orders, invoices, check logs and timecards. Recent productions include commercials for Nintendo 3DS and Sedrin Beer, and music videos for AWOLNATION, Brandi Carlile, Falling in Reverse, Kristina Train, Bless the Fall and Bruno Mars.
