Real estate has been a passion of mine since I was a kid. My father was an architect and real estate developer. I grew up around construction sites and sales people. The environment always seemed lively and fresh. I purchased a couple affordable real estate investments out of college and quickly found it to be more fun and financially rewarding than the field I had studied out of graduate school. After making a couple more investments all my assets became tied up in real estate. Then a friend came up with the idea to help them find some investments. I got my brokers license and never turned back. Now everyday I get the privilege of hanging out with clients and treating each of their real estate transactions as an investment. Whether it's helping a buyer calculate if their potential purchase could be a strong flip or rental investment. Or helping a seller have more saleability by providing their potential buyers with undeniable investment figures to encourage a deal.
