My experience includes managing facilities projects, developing and troubleshooting work processes, preparing capital budgets, developing and refining administrative policies and procedures, supervising & motivating staff, and building internal and external relationships. Throughout, I keep focus on integrity, customer service (writ large), efficiency, consistency, and confidentiality. At Merrill Gardens, I used these skills to help insure that our residents have the best possible living conditions, from a facilities perspective. I build and continually improve tracking systems for regular and special capital projects across our portfolios, manage all physical plant and vehicle insurance claims, track and facilitate procurement (including vehicles) and produce timely financial reporting for all aspects of facilities and procurement.As part of the administration of Section 8/Housing Choice Vouchers (in various capacities) at Seattle Housing Authority, I was proud to work on and lead teams that maintained and expanded available affordable housing opportunities for homeless veterans by coordinating the Veterans' Supportive Housing (HUD-VASH) voucher program in Seattle.I am currently living my best life with the incredible PMO team at MG2, working across silos to build efficiencies and streamline work processes, using a toolbox of data, technology and workflow tools, and—most of all—deep listening.
