I also managed several projects as the Operations Manager in Tampa Fl, that exceeded required production and quality metrics as well. The project utilization was above BU standards and turnover was below 10%. The production SLA's were exceeded by 200%, Quality SLA's were exceeded by 20%.As a Resource Manager I made sure that the customer calls were answered in a timely manner, to meet service standards and to promote good customer relations. I gathered information and conducted root cause analysis, to improve Call Center statistics.
