➢Successfully launched HIL3 a Sub Same Day (SSD) Hub co-located within HMW1➢Developed and trained a team of Process Assistants, Process Guides, and Associates in both Inbound and Outbound functions➢Developed and presented to the network a tracking mechanism for associate’s harnesses by manufacture date, model number, serial number, and lot number➢PEAK 2022 HIL3 in the first week of October, they shipped ~360,000 units . Ten weeks later, HIL3 processed & shipped ~693,000 units. HIL3 has come just shy of doubling their total output in less than three months, all while working under the most scrutiny and the highest expectations in the site’s short history➢HMW1 (co-located with HIL3) is the first Ops building worldwide to earn UL Zero Waste to Landfill (ZWTL) validation at the Gold-level designation. HMW1 (a Grocery distribution center) and HIL3 (a Sub-Same Day distribution center) are part of the Physical Stores and Specialty Fulfillment business and support sites in Colorado, Illinois, Indiana, Minnesota, Ohio, and Wisconsin. The building diverts over 97% of its waste from landfills. This means that less than 3% of waste generated at the site is sent to landfill or incineration, while most materials are diverted to other pathways like energy recovery, recycling, donation, reuse, or source reduction.
