Contracted for DLP in Wells Fargo's Web and Email Security team. Contract was dropped due to hiring on FTE they were looking to fill in the Senior/Lead roles. Here I worked on revamping their documentation process from notes to their cloud data base. On top of the data and documentation I also helped with entitlement and access request for Wells Fargo employees requesting access to domains and URLs outside. Where employees, vendors, and contractors would request for access outside of their normal scope. We would then investigate through IAM process along with their justification. Handled request for shared mail box and email access request from contractors and employees.
