Evtoc Engineer
CurrentProvide technical support for highly complex hardware and software systems used by major television stations and content providers. Focused on providing solutions that prevent or minimize impact to live production systems.Uphold service level agreements with our customers from initial issue receipt to resolution based on the severity level of the inquiry.As an evTOC Engineer, provide a positive, white-glove experience with every customer interaction whether using our issue ticketing system, email or virtual conferences.Act as a bridge between the customer and internal departments including product development, software engineers, production engineering and system specialists. Provide workflow and other details to help reproduce customer situations to help resolve issues and improve product software/firmware.Collaborate across multiple departments with global employees to improve internal support procedures including information storage, procedure knowledge base, internal customer production lab setup and training opportunities.
