As a Project Manager, I have delivered a wide variety of Government initiatives on behalf of Services Australia and continue to deliver successful projects with a focus on industrialised data and intelligence capabilities, engaging with partner agencies across jurisdictions to deliver whole-of-government solutions. National Redress SchemeAs lead Project Manager of the National Redress Scheme, I was accountable for delivery of the ICT project on time, in budget, and to business expectations. My objectives and responsibilities included mobilising the ICT delivery team, identifying high-level project scope, and verifying the assigned project budget was adequate to deliver a fit for purpose system. Compliance – Integrated DebtI delivered outcomes for the Integrated Debt Solution project, and provided detailed reporting on Compliance Programme activities to Senior Executives via the Compliance Command Centre.Covid-19 Response – JobKeeper exchangeI mobilised multi-disciplinary team to deliver exchange capability, as part of the agency’s response to the Covid-19 pandemic, including establishing the JobKeeper-ATO exchange.Life Event Redesign – Birth of a Child pilotI guided a multidisciplinary of business, ICT, and health professionals through research and discovery phase of the Life Events Redesign Program, identifying the roadmap for streamlining a new platform for child birth/new parent related services.

As an acting Director, I operated across two key capability areas of the agency’s services:As the Director of the Data Exchange team, I led delivery of Services Australia's enterprise exchange capability, across a suite of technical products. This included establishing new data exchanges across varying Government Departments and agencies, simultaneously with supporting key established exchanges. Notably, I managed and elevated monitoring of the agencies Single Touch Payroll (STP) exchange with Australian Tax Office (ATO), focussing on expansion of monitoring of ingestion data, monitoring operations, and data recovery processes.I realigned the team’s organisational structure to align to the agencies model, including revision of the team’s production support capability, ultimately increasing efficiency and responsiveness to production incidents.As the Director of the Program Delivery team, I was responsible for the continuous development of the Project Management capability in the Data and Automation Engineering branch, as well as applying sound judgement and expertise to deploy appropriately skilled professionals across a wide variety of initiatives. This role required thorough organisational awareness, and extensive knowledge of project management principles to support staff across project planning and delivery activities, including resolving delivery escalations, providing expert advice, in addition to navigating significant periods of organisational change. Additionally, I worked closely with the agency’s Program Management Office to develop and refine our Project Management strategies, with particular focus on project registration and closure processes.

In this role, I worked closely with contractors and Centrelink staff, providing working, innovative solutions utilising SAP CRM technology.This role also included:- liaising with system/business analyst and team leaders to meet objectives- participation and contribution to project meetings- development of comprehensive understanding in specialised areas of business
