• Travelling to all sites based in Northern Ireland to manage specified sites and supply training to new staff.• Ensuring the safety of staff and customers by following all Infection Prevention Control (IPC) and Safety guidelines.• Overseeing task delegation and safety compliance to team members performing their duties as Covid Marshalls.• Inspection of Operational zones, remediation of any discrepancies that would not reflect best practice.• Responding to client issues and queries using clear communication while being approachable and reassuring.• Ensure all relevant paperwork is completed to the highest standard in a timely manner.

• Travelling and providing support to members of the public while they performed PCR Covid-19 testing.• Performed Quality Control on testing batches to ensure the tests are as accurate as feasible.• Handling delivery and details of used Covid-19 swab kits to test sites.

• Maintenance of essential school infrastructure (predominantly networks and servers) to ensure we attained maximum uptime and minimal outages.• Assist in development of the ICT department through a combination of Updating software and hardware within the department / creation of slideshows and other learning materials to be distributed to both students and staff.• Troubleshoot software issues and hardware issues, perform necessary remediation on both.• Assist with the installation of software on stand-alone systems.• ​Building and installation of hardware on stand-alone systems.
