My research project is currently underway in the field of spontaneous combustion inhibition and flame retardant materials. As an independent researcher under the guidance of Dr. Christopher Dockery and funding by Momar, Inc., it is my responsibility to set up experiments, standardize SOPs and perform data analysis to work towards the project goal. I am qualified in analytical chemistry and have experience with TGA, DSC, IR, UV-VIS, NMR, FTIR, GCMS, GCFID, GCTCD, and SEM.

In my position as Quality Control Chemist, it is my responsibility to ensure quality and consistency of products through a variety of analytical and physical methods to provide the best the market has to offer. As a member of the Sales Support team, it is also my responsibility to offer the highest quality of service to our Sales Representatives and our customers in answering product related questions and providing problem solving solutions through product recommendations.

It was my responsibility to assist the professor in setting up laboratory experiments which included sample preparation and demonstrations. I also assisted students with the explanation of lab experiments and calculations.
