• As Sales Manager my role is to implement marketing strategies and achieve sales goals to ensure profitable growth in revenues for our business.
• Work with management and operations manager to develop sales goals and marketing plans for the company.
• Work with the Sales team to develop sales plans for products and services and to develop sales strategies to improve market share with existing customer base.
• Manage Sales team and hold sales staff accountable for their efforts. Motivate and drive focus of the team on accomplishing goals.
• Select, train and develop the sales engineers and sales support staff.
• Travel with sales engineers to accounts on a regular basis; working with the sales and operations teams to assist in managing all aspects of customer accounts.
