Appointed to the NAB account to demonstrate IBM’s delivery capability through the pre-sales engagement and contract negotiation. Oversee IBM’s preparation for, and execution of, service take up and to lead IT services delivery into “steady state”. Responsible for the integration of over 400+ former NAB employees and contractors into IBM Australia and to address known risks within the environment.

Commuting between Australia and New Zealand led all service delivery for outsourcing clients within IBM’s New Zealand operations and provided line management ~200 services delivery staff located in New Zealand

4 year Canberra based assignment, responsible for all service delivery to the Federal Government accounts, focused on Mainframe, Middleware and Wintel platform support. 
People management of ~12 direct reports, and indirect management to ~180 support staff also located in the Canberra region.

The role provided strategic planning leadership for Server Systems Operations optimisation program and for driving a "One Team" approach across IBM Asia Pacific SSO Service Lines. This includes developing strategies, plans and programs for optimisation in key areas such as skills development, process, tools, metrics and knowledge management.
